SHIPPING + LOCAL PICKUP
Thank you for shopping with the Beehive. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. This varies upon holiday, busier seasons, etc. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS and tracking will be provided via email once your order is ready for shipment.
Orders ship for free when orders placed are $100 USA dollars or more. We offer a flat rate $10 dollar shipping charge and local pickup.
Shipping fee's are non refundable.
All orders ship from our store located in Moscow, Pennsylvania.
All orders are supplied a tracking number immediately when shipped. The tracking number and order information is sent to the email supplied during checkout of the order by the customer. *Be sure to check all junk/spam folders as bounced emails can be found in these depending on the mail provider. If you did not receive an email immediately upon placing your order with us, reach out to heather@mybeehiveshop.com so that our customer service team can assist you on locating, correcting or changing the email on file.
If you placed an order in error or want to cancel, please reach out to us immediately at 570-780-9005 and leave a message. Our shop picks and packs in order as received and with a sense of urgency to get all orders out in a fast/timely manner. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to collect or cancel this order.
